Low molecular weight Polyether polyols are the flagship products of our company, used in all kinds of rigid foam application. These polyols are sold under the brand name: Exapol. Also manufactured are highly reactive Propoxylated Mannich polyols offered under the brand Examol - designed for spray foams. The range also includes Novolac Polyols for FR grade rigid foams.

Polyester polyols are our specialization. The brands: Bexter and Expol encompass our diverse series of aliphatic and aromatic polyester polyols, finding uses in a variety of demanding polyurethane applications which include - coating, adhesives, sealants & elastomer [CASE]; flexible & rigid foams etc.

Our Research professionals have developed a new class of Specialty Polyols which include HR Slab Polyols, Soft Polyols; Bio-based Hybrid polyols, Visco Polyols, available under the brand: Comfy Puf & Cell Opener Polyols sold as: Exalop. For other specialty CASE applications, PPGs with various molecular weights are offered as: Exacol.

A large selection of blended systems based on PENTANES, HFCs, HFO and CO2 technologies are offered covering a wid spectrum of rigid foam applications. These include domestic and commercial refrigeration, water heaters, continous panels, discontinous panels, thermoware, general insluation, etc. They are sold under the brand name of ECOPUF and are available with or without the blowing agent.

With our in-house facility for the production of polyester and polyether polyols as well as prepolymers, EPSPL is well placed to supply footwear systems for both polyester and polyether foam suitable for sandals, formals, sports shoes as well as safety shoes.

These systems are offered in the market under the brand name of ECOPAD (Polyether System) & EXAPHEN (Polyester System).
