Polyether polyols are the flagship products of our company used in diverse applications. They fall under various umbrellas of our brands, which include: Exapols for rigid foams, Exaflex 3000, 4000, 5000, & 6000 MW polyols for flexible foams including HR foams, and Exacol for CASE. We also manufacture highly reactive Mannich polyols which are offered under the brand Examol, used specially for spray foams.

Polyester polyols is our specialization. The brands: Bexter and Expol encompass our diverse series of aliphatic and aromatic polyester polyols, finding uses in a variety of polyurethane applications which include CASE, flexible foams, rigid foams etc.

Manufactured using an in house state of the art technology, our polymer polyols: named as Examer or Comfy-puf Copol, display an enhanced hardness and feel, unmatched by most competitors. They are vastly used in flexible foams for mattresses, sofas; automotive seats shoe liner foams etc.

For this large industry segment: of flexible slabstock foam, our Research professionals have developed a new class of Specialty Polyols which are used in the manufacturing of high-performance flexible foams. These include HR Slab Polyols, Soft Polyols; Bio-based Hybrid Polyols, Visco Polyols, Cell Opener Polyols etc.

Energy saving and faster production rates have become today’s mantra. We offer high quality blended polyols and systems for domestic and commercial refrigerators, which just do that. Each system is customer specific.

In most insulation systems, besides energy efficiency, often the requirements are: to have a high weight to strength ratio, a wide temperature range, excellent chemical and biological resistance & ease of processing etc. Systems from Expanded provide all these properties in various applications of rigid foams, which include: discontinuous and continuous panels, water heaters, thermo ware and other general insulation applications.

For high comfort levels, while travelling as well as at home or in offices, polyurethane has become a necessity. Expanded Polymer Systems offers well formulated systems for automotive seating, for sofas and chair cushions, as well as for moulded pillows and mattresses. We also offer integral skin materials as well as semi-rigid systems for headliners.

Both polyester and polyether based footwear systems are being offered, wherein we manufacture polyols and pre-polymers in-house, giving us better control on quality.
